What to bring
- Comfortable clothing — loose, breathable natural fabrics are recommended; avoid synthetics. White is suggested for its renewal energy
- Change of clothes — bring an extra set for after the ceremony
- Water bottle — stay hydrated with a reusable bottle
- Personal toiletries — pack the essentials for comfort and hygiene
- Natural mosquito repellent — choose an eco-friendly, chemical-free option
- Journal — for insights and reflections after the ceremony
- Sacred or meaningful objects (optional) — crystals, amulets, or other items that support your journey

Please bring your contribution in cash, with bills in good condition, and complete payment before the ceremony begins.
Contraindications
Ayahuasca is not suitable for everyone, and safety is the highest priority. Please review the following carefully:
- Medications
If you are taking antidepressants, benzodiazepines, sleeping pills, or other drugs, ayahuasca is not safe unless these medications are discontinued at least 21 days before the ceremony.
Combining ayahuasca with these substances is extremely dangerous and can be lethal.
- Recreational drugs
Using recreational drugs together with ayahuasca carries severe risks and can also be lethal. Abstain completely for 14 days before the ceremony.
- Medical conditions
Ayahuasca is not recommended for people with severe heart conditions, extremely high blood pressure, or mental health disorders such as schizophrenia or dementia.
- Pregnancy
Pregnant women should avoid ayahuasca for their own safety and the safety of the baby.

Ayahuasca diet
Before the ceremony
- 4 weeks prior: Do not consume pharmaceutical pills (antidepressants, sleeping pills, stimulants, psychoactive and psychiatric medications, opioids and painkillers, cough, cold, and allergy medications, herbal supplements and other natural products), or street drugs such as cocaine, MDMA, and amphetamines
- 2 weeks prior: Do not consume natural plant medicines or psychedelics (San Pedro, ayahuasca, mushrooms, cannabis, LSD), sexual activity including masturbation, pork, processed foods, alcohol, ice-cold drinks, or spicy foods
- 1 week prior: Do not consume red meat, animal fats, dairy, junk food, fermented food, fried food, sugar (refined or artificial), excess salt, onion, garlic, caffeine, or carbonated drinks
After the ceremony
- 3 days after: Do not consume ice-cold drinks
- 1 week after: Do not consume red meat, dairy, spicy foods, or do intense exercise
- 2 weeks after: Abstain from alcohol and sexual activity
- 4 weeks after: Do not consume plant medicines, street drugs, pork, deep massage, or energy work
