Kambo Ceremony in Cahuita - Cleanse, Heal & Empower

Please bring your contribution in cash, with bills in good condition, and complete payment before the ceremony begins.

Contraindications

Kambo is not suitable for everyone, and your safety is our top priority. Please review the following guidelines before participating:

• Medications Do not take Kambo if you use antidepressants, antipsychotics, heart, or blood pressure medications. Combining Kambo with these substances is dangerous.
• Medical Conditions Not recommended for those with heart problems, low blood pressure, aneurysms, epilepsy, or serious mental health disorders.
• Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Kambo is unsafe during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
• Recent Illness or Surgery Avoid Kambo if you are recovering from a major illness or recent surgery.

Kambo Diet

BEFORE THE CEREMONY

• Food: Eat light and clean for 1–2 days before Kambo. Choose fruits, vegetables, rice, and soups. Avoid heavy, fried, or processed foods.
• Fasting: Do not eat solid food for at least 8–10 hours before your session. You may drink water in moderation.
• Avoid Substances: Refrain from alcohol, recreational drugs, caffeine, and sexual activity for 24 hours before the ceremony.
• Medications: Do not take any medications or supplements unless approved by your facilitator.

AFTER THE CEREMONY

• Rest & Nourishment: Eat light, nourishing foods such as fruit, soups, and smoothies after your body has settled.
• Hydration: Drink water and only natural electrolytes throughout the day, such as coconut water.
• Integration: Rest and avoid intense physical or emotional activity for at least 24 hours. Allow space for reflection and grounding.
