Kavita Ji

Raised in a spiritually grounded family in Karnataka, Kavita Ji was introduced to yoga at an early age, shaping a lifelong path of practice and service. Her formal journey deepened in 2006 through intensive training in pranayama and meditation, laying the foundation for the teaching style she shares today.

Since 2015, she has been guiding students at several yoga schools along Varkala Cliff, offering a calm and experienced presence in each session. Her work also extends far beyond the studio, as she has shared yogic wisdom with more than 40 villages across Karnataka, bringing these practices to diverse communities with dedication and care.

Participants can expect a teacher who combines traditional insight, steady guidance, and a heartfelt commitment to making yoga accessible and meaningful.
