Julie Pallesen

Founder of This Way Movement, Julie Pallesen is a certified Pilates instructor who trained in New York City and brings more than three years of teaching experience to her work. She recently opened her own Pilates studio in Santa Teresa, creating a welcoming space for those who want to explore movement with greater awareness and care.

Her teaching is centered on conscious movement and the connection between body, breath, and the present moment. Julie’s classes reflect the essence of classic Pilates, inspired by Joseph Pilates’ original vision, while also carrying her own modern touch.
