at This Way Movement Pilates Studio
A refined approach to strength, control, and vertical movement
The Pilates Tower creates a distinctive balance of support and resistance, offering a space to explore strength, mobility, and control with precision and depth. With springs, vertical alignment, and guided feedback, the apparatus supports a highly effective full-body practice.
This 18-hour Tower teacher training is intended for certified Pilates instructors who are ready to broaden their teaching skills and step into apparatus work with greater confidence, clarity, and adaptability.
At This Way Movement, the Tower is taught through a blend of contemporary biomechanics and classical repertoire, resulting in a training that is technically grounded and intuitively refined.
