Taught by Zen Master Julian Daizan Skinner Roshi, this intensive training shows you how to lead the Zenways 8-week mindfulness course for health and wellbeing.
Designed as a non-spiritual programme, it offers practical tools for stress resilience, wellbeing, calmness, and greater awareness, and can be delivered to individuals or groups in private, corporate, or organisational settings.
The 8-week structure creates a clear framework for integrating the benefits of mindfulness into daily life, supporting lasting wellbeing and improved health.
During the training, you will develop a thorough understanding of how to present the course content and mindfulness techniques, which are rooted in a 2500-year tradition and informed by modern scientific research.
You will also become part of Zenways’ ongoing research project on the Influence of Mindfulness on Life Satisfaction. In addition, you will receive personal guidance from a Zenways mentor throughout your qualification period, plus access to a private members’ site with resources and discussion forums.
There are no specific prerequisites, aside from a strong interest in meditation practice.
Please contact Zenways to reserve your course place before arranging accommodation.
Maximum participants: 15
