This intensive course is led by Zen Master Julian Daizan Skinner, who has been dedicated to full-time Zen practice for more than twenty-six years and returned from Japan in 2007. A minimum of two years’ experience in yoga or a related discipline is required.
Led by Julian Daizan Skinner Roshi, this intensive training shows you how to facilitate the Zenways 8-week mindfulness course for health and wellbeing. The programme is non-spiritual and offers stress resilience, wellbeing, calmness, and greater awareness. It can be delivered to individuals or groups in private, corporate, or organisational settings.
The 8-week format offers a clear structure for integrating the transformative benefits of mindfulness into daily life in a way that supports lasting wellbeing and improved health. During the training, you will develop a strong understanding of how to present the course content and mindfulness techniques, rooted in a 2,500-year tradition and informed by modern scientific research.
Join Zenways’ ongoing research project on the Influence of Mindfulness on Life Satisfaction. You will also receive personal guidance from a Zenways mentor throughout your qualification period, along with access to a private members’ site with resources and discussion forums.
