This intensive 4-week training includes 401 teaching hours of 45 minutes each.
On completion, participants receive a diploma from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres.
You will also receive an international certificate recognized by Yoga Alliance as meeting the 200-hour training standard for Registered Yoga Schools (RYS).
This is the core module of the two-year Sivananda yoga teacher training and is recognized by the German health insurance system.
The course was founded in 1969 by Swami Vishnudevananda, with the aim of spreading peace in the world through yoga.
The Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is regarded as the most comprehensive and traditional yoga teacher training in the West; since 1969, more than 50,000 people worldwide have completed it.
