This four-week intensive program includes 401 teaching hours of 45 minutes each.
Upon completion, participants receive a diploma from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers.
An international certificate is also awarded, recognized by Yoga Alliance as meeting the 200-hour training standard for Registered Yoga Schools (RYS).
This is the core module of the two-year Sivananda yoga teacher training, recognized by the German health insurance system.
The course was founded in 1969 by Swami Vishnudevananda with the aim of spreading peace in the world through yoga.
Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC) are considered the most comprehensive and traditional yoga teacher training programs in the West. Since 1969, more than 50,000 people worldwide have completed them.
