More than a holiday, this is a wellness reset designed to help you de-stress through Hatha yoga and functional movement.

Food is an important part of the retreat experience at La Hacienda, where meals are designed to support rest, nourishment, and wellbeing.
Menus are built around fresh, seasonal Mediterranean ingredients that feel satisfying without being heavy. Each morning begins with a light self-service breakfast to gently support digestion and provide steady energy for the day ahead.
Brunch is a generous spread featuring colourful salads, plant-based dishes, and simple, flavourful combinations made with local Spanish produce. Meals are intended to be enjoyed slowly outdoors, creating space to connect and savour the setting.
Dinner is a grounding end to the day, with thoughtfully prepared dishes from the on-site chef that are comforting yet light enough to support restful sleep.
Dishes may include homemade soups such as Gazpacho, paella, stuffed peppers, frittata, Spanish omelette, homemade thin crust pizza, avocado and walnut salads, fresh fruit salads, and freshly baked cakes.
Please note: most food allergies or intolerances can be catered for, but you must advise us in advance as alternative ingredients may incur an extra cost in this rural location.
All classes, accommodation, meals, and refreshments are included, along with a scheduled transfer to and from Malaga Airport.
Please book flights to Malaga Airport. For convenience, carry-on luggage only is strongly recommended, as it can make travel through the airport easier.
The included transfer from Malaga Airport to The Hacienda Retreat leaves at 14:30 Spanish time on 14th June 2027. Your flight should arrive before 13:15 Spanish time to meet this transfer.
The return transfer leaves The Hacienda at 10.30am on 19th June 2027, so your departure flight from Malaga should be no earlier than 1.30pm Spanish time.
The transfer service is only available from Malaga Airport at the stated times. If you choose not to use it, the retreat price remains the same. Taxis can be arranged by Tracie for €160 cash only, though this is not recommended due to the rugged terrain.
Bring comfortable clothing for yoga and fitness classes, a medium strength exercise band, a swimming costume, pool towel, sun cream, and a sun hat. Clothing suitable for walking is also advisable. Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps are available at the venue.
