Sally’s path in the health and fitness industry began in 1998, and by 2001 she had earned a bachelor’s degree with honours in Sport Science, alongside qualification as a Pilates Matwork teacher. Her interest in yoga and breathwork later inspired her to train as a certified yoga and pranayama teacher with respected teachers including Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Ann-see Yeoh, Paul Dallaghan, and Sri Tiwari. She then founded her own certified yoga school, through which she has trained more than 1,500 yoga teachers to date.
Today, Sally focuses on women’s wellness, offering yoga that supports the natural rhythms of menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and menopause. A committed educator, she has authored two published yoga books and contributed articles to titles such as Om Yoga & Lifestyle, UltraFit, and Yoga Magazine.
Living in West Sussex with her two daughters, she continues to teach Hatha Yoga and Pilates programs internationally and from home. At the same time, she is studying for a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, with a focus on exercise methods that support improved cardiac health in older women.
More recently, Sally’s work in yoga and health has been recognised with the award for Best Pregnancy & Fertility Yoga Teacher Training Provider 2024 – West Sussex at the LUXlife Parent and Baby Awards, as well as the title Ambassador of the Year 2025 for her ongoing charity work with Yoga Gives Back.
She is also a lead teacher for Movement for Modern Life.
