YOGA FOR FRUIT


Description
This is a yoga class with a similar format to the adult classes. The only difference is that the information is tailored in a more accessible, easier-to-understand format for teenagers. The structure of the class is as follows: warm-up exercises at the beginning, followed by yoga exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation.
The classes are useful for improving posture and physical fitness and for stimulating the teenagers' interest in self-development.
Why take these classes?
Healthy bodies: yoga classes help strengthen children's muscles, improve posture and flexibility. It is a great way to keep physically active.
Awareness and concentration: yoga teaches you to be aware of your movements and breathing. It encourages concentration, helps them to become more aware of their bodies and to get rid of the overflow of thoughts.
