In this sacred space, we will cultivate deep psychic currents through a mindful practice. The focus is on precise alignment in every posture, allowing the breath to flow freely as the bridge between body and mind. Each inhale and exhale will invite you to release tension and find harmonious balance.

Whether we are accompanied by the sound of the waves or the quiet of the studio, the goal remains the same: to elevate awareness and nourish wellness from within. During this transformative retreat, you will stay in one of our exclusive private domes set in the heart of lush rainforest. This special accommodation offers direct garden views and is ideally located near the pool, giving you the privacy and comfort of a structure designed to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings. Your itinerary is thoughtfully arranged to bring body and mind into harmony: begin each morning with meditation and yoga sessions, then continue with enriching sunset programs. Dining is also part of the experience, with the choice of meals prepared by our chefs or the option to cook for yourself in the spacious open kitchens available. These domes offer a truly unique stay immersed in nature, while still providing direct access to the pool and the beach. Allow yourself to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your deepest essence in an atmosphere of complete peace.

Enjoy a shared retreat in a dome designed for two people. Your stay runs from Sunday through Saturday before noon, with a Monday-to-Friday program centered on inner connection.
The day begins at 06:30 with a morning meditation session, followed by pranayama and gentle movement. At 07:30, a nourishing breakfast is served, and at 08:30 you will deepen your practice through advanced study techniques. After a break at 10:00, the focus turns to different aspects of yoga until lunch at 12:00. In the afternoon, the session explores the connections between the Dhanda, Longi, and Hanthawaddy schools of yoga, ending with time to rest, swim, or visit the beach at 15:30, followed by a relaxing dinner at 18:00.
The cuisine is exceptional. Breakfast includes fruit, dairy, and cereals, with options such as hashbrowns and oatmeal. Lunches and dinners are prepared in our two open kitchens, fully equipped for cooking, or you may order delivery from local restaurants. Enjoy a wide selection of tropical fruit in the refrigerator, along with Mediterranean or Caribbean dishes. On occasion, our chef prepares a special feast.
The study covers Koghan, Longi, Hanthawaddy, and MinZin Yoga. Your shared dome offers garden views and is located near the pool, creating an ideal setting for wellness.
