Each day of the week offers three wellness activities to choose from: Active, Relaxed, or Thai Heritage. Please share your excursion preferences at least 7 days before your retreat so the team can arrange everything for you. If your choices are not received in time, they will be selected on your behalf.

For airport transfers, please provide your arrival time, flight number, and departure city at least 7 days in advance. This helps the driver track your flight and ensure a smooth pick-up, even if there are delays.

Food: All Yoga & Wellness Retreats include three nourishing meals and one healthy smoothie per day. Breakfast is designed as a wholesome start to the morning and is suitable for vegetarian guests. Lunch varies according to your daily programme: if you remain at the resort, you may enjoy the Wellness and Thai menus at Plearn Restaurant; during excursions, lunch will be served at a selected local restaurant or as a picnic prepared by the resort chefs. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.

For dinner, enjoy an exquisite dining experience at Plearn Restaurant, the resort’s award-winning Thai restaurant featured among the “Top 25 Restaurants” by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Located on the rooftop of Hilltop Wellness Resort, it offers sweeping views over Phuket Town and across Phang Nga Bay. Showcasing dishes from all four regions of Thailand in one place, the restaurant brings a wide range of authentic flavours without the need to travel far. Its tapas-style concept allows guests to enjoy more tastes in one meal, while the chefs focus on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients prepared to taste. Specially curated Wellness menus are also available for those seeking international cuisine. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.

Meal package conditions: Each meal package includes three dishes served together in one meal and cannot be split across multiple meals. Breakfast service may be buffet or à la carte depending on the day. Please check with the team upon arrival. The package also includes a choice of beverages: black tea, black coffee, or filtered water only.
