Aegialis School of Yoga invites you to discover a softer side of asana practice through this 100-hour Yin Yoga instructor and guided meditation training. This combined program is designed to help you learn how to teach Yin Yoga classes as well as guide meditation sessions with confidence and clarity.
Held on the enchanting island of Amorgos, Greece, the training offers an inspiring setting surrounded by nature and the Aegean Sea. Over 10 days, you will explore the foundations of Yin Yoga in depth, with a strong focus on how to teach safely and thoughtfully.
Yin Yoga postures will be studied and practiced carefully, including modifications, contraindications, and the benefits of each shape. By the end of the course, you will know how to build balanced Yin Yoga sequences and lead complete classes with a clear structure.
Daily pranayama and meditation sessions are part of the schedule, supporting consistency in breathing practices and mental focus. You will also study meditation from a yoga philosophy perspective and practice different concentration techniques so you can confidently facilitate meditation. The training includes a brief introduction to Hatha Yoga, helping you understand Yin Yoga as a complementary practice within the broader Hatha tradition.

This teacher training is hosted by Aegialis Hotel & Spa, an internationally recognized yoga and wellness destination. The program is held across two Aegialis locations, both operated and curated by Aegialis, creating a seamless, high-quality educational and retreat-style experience guided by one brand and one philosophy.
Sea Rock is a private seaside villa by Aegialis Hotel & Spa, created as a sanctuary for stillness, presence, and inner exploration. Just steps from the sea and within walking distance of Aegiali Bay, it offers privacy, quiet, and a close connection to nature, ideal for yoga, meditation, and reflective practices.
All participants stay at Sea Rock, where the residential part of the training takes place. Morning practices and selected sessions are held in a custom-made geodesic yoga dome of 100 sqm, filled with natural light and panoramic sea views, offering a powerful space for embodied practice and energetic awareness. Breakfast is also served at Sea Rock, allowing each day to begin calmly and unhurriedly.
Sea Rock also offers beautiful outdoor spaces that enrich the rhythm of the training. An open-air amphitheater with sea views provides a unique setting for meditation, evening practices, group discussions, and ceremonial gatherings, while a shaded outdoor practice and theory area offers comfort for daytime sessions, workshops, and lectures.
Selected theoretical and practical modules, including anatomy, teaching methodology, philosophy, supervised practice, and group work, take place at Aegialis Hotel & Spa, the flagship property and heart of the Aegialis wellness ecosystem.
The resort features several fully equipped yoga shalas with sea and mountain views, along with access to extensive wellness facilities. Lunch and dinner are served daily at Aegialis, with nourishing vegetarian and vegan cuisine designed to support the physical and energetic demands of the training.
