A 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified immersion in somatic wisdom, vibrational medicine, and sacred ritual.
In a fast-paced world that rarely makes space for stillness, this immersive training offers an invitation to pause, listen, and heal. More than a yoga teacher training, it is a deeply held journey into Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Ceremonial Cacao facilitation for those who want to guide others toward softness, presence, and reconnection through somatic, vibrational, and ancestral practices.
At the center of the program is Yin Yoga: long-held, floor-based postures that create space for inner listening and deep release. This receptive practice is enriched by the therapeutic frequencies of sound healing, including gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and mindfulness.
You will learn how to play singing bowls and use sound instruments to create transformative experiences that support nervous system regulation, energetic flow, and emotional release.
With Ceremonial Cacao facilitation, the training expands into ritual. Revered by the Maya and Aztecs as “the food of the gods,” cacao becomes a heart-opening ally that supports intuition, connection, and the ability to hold sacred space. You will study both the science and spiritual wisdom behind this plant medicine, while learning how to design and lead cacao ceremonies with confidence, integrity, and creativity.
Over three life-changing weeks, sacred traditions meet modern embodiment practices in a hands-on learning environment. This soulful immersion is designed for yoga teachers, healers, seekers, therapists, and creatives who want to offer deeper experiences in today’s wellness space.
The training weaves together Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Ceremonial Cacao to support both personal growth and multidimensional professional development as a facilitator, yoga teacher, and sacred space holder.
While Yin Yoga forms the structural foundation of the journey, sound healing and cacao ceremony facilitation are powerful modalities in their own right and can be offered independently. By the end of the program, you will be prepared to lead yin yoga sessions, sound baths, and cacao ceremonies with authenticity and clarity.
Students are recommended to bring their own singing bowl set with a minimum of 3 bowls.
Through experiential learning, ancient teachings, modern science, and practical facilitation skills, you will explore:
With guidance from lead trainer Manuela Sauter and guest facilitators, sound healers, and artists sharing from diverse lineages, you will deepen your practice while also stepping into your own awakening journey.
To complete your Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher certification and gain a broader understanding of yoga’s context, the program includes a 40-hour self-paced online video course covering general yoga foundations.
The online modules are fully independent from the in-person training and can be accessed anytime after registration. You will have one year to complete them at your own pace, with ongoing support from the team.
The course includes:
Upon completion of the in-person immersion and final assessments, you will receive your Yin Yoga Therapy™ and Sound & Cacao Ceremony Facilitator certificates immediately. Once the online modules are completed, you will be eligible to register as an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance.
You will also receive a Yin Yoga Therapy™ Practitioner and Sound Healing & Cacao Ceremony Facilitator diploma, which forms part of the 700-hour Yin Yoga Therapy™ education path within Alexandra Denkinger M.D.(ACU)’s physical therapy practice.
Manuela Sauter
Yin, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Ceremony Facilitation
Manuela’s first yoga class, taken while visiting Laos, sparked a lifelong yogic path. In 2016, she completed her first yoga teacher training and has since shared her work in conscious festivals, workshops, ashrams, and yoga communities around the world. After leaving her former life in Germany, she fully dedicated herself to the path of truth, meaning, and the depth of human experience.
Drawn to the meeting point of mindfulness meditation and yoga asanas, she discovered Yin Yoga and made it central to her practice. For her, Yin offers a unique way to balance physical practice with deep mental relaxation, rooted in Taoist philosophy and radical acceptance.
Deeply committed to a Buddhist way of life, Manuela also brings experience as a meditation guide at the Tushita Centre in Dharamsala, in the Himalayan foothills and home in exile to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. Meditation, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra remain the cornerstones of her path, which she shares with warmth, authenticity, and joy.
Her signature Yin & Sound Healing classes have been shared successfully worldwide, and as lead trainer for the Meditation and Yin, Sound & Ceremony trainings, she guides students in weaving yin yoga, mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing into therapeutic practices for body, mind, and spirit.
