Description

John Henderson has spent nearly 30 years studying Buddhist philosophy and practicing meditation. Since 2003, he has also been a senior student of the Dharmakaya Center’s founder, Rimay master Trungram Gyalwa Rinpoche.

In addition to his long spiritual path, John has brought these teachings into his professional life as a serial entrepreneur, leading healthcare and real estate businesses, and serving on the boards of numerous not-for-profit organizations in the Northeast. He has taught at the Center since it opened in 2017, leading many programs both in person and online, and offering individual meditation guidance to retreat guests and volunteers.
