Kalyani has been offering a wide range of yoga classes tailored to her clients’ needs, teaching both groups and private sessions since 1998.

Drawing on years spent in spiritual communities and teacher trainings, she blends practices from several traditions. Her classes bring together asana, pranayama, mantra, yoganidra, meditation, Vedic ceremonies, and yoga theory.

Her background includes classical Hatha Yoga, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Partner, De Rose method, Restorative yoga, and more. She completed advanced yogic studies at Yoga Point in India, received Karma Sanyasa initiation from Swami Satsangananda of the Bihar School of Yoga, presented Asana Choreography to B. K. S. Iyengar, and trained with teachers such as Krishna Das and Deva Premal.

Through her commitment to teaching what she calls “The Yoga of Life,” Kalyani has also worked with celebrities including Gisele Bundchen, the Olsen twins, Jill Hennessy, and others.

Classes are available for both private and group settings, with practices drawn from many traditions.
