TEACHERS
SHIV SHARAN SINGH
Born in Scotland, Shiv Sharan Singh is an understated yet deeply authentic spiritual teacher and the founding director of the International Karam Kriya School, established in 1996.
Karam Kriya is described as “total action through which our karma is brought to completion through the application of spiritual consciousness guided by the intelligence of numbers.” Through the study and practice of Karam Kriya, he is devoted to supporting students in their spiritual growth so they can bring awareness into daily life and realize their full human potential.
In his younger years, Shiv Sharan Singh experienced several near-fatal incidents, giving him a profound understanding of the processes of life and death. As a teenager, he went through a full Kundalini rising, a term used for a deep spiritual awakening. From his mid-twenties onward, he studied Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma with Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa, founder of Sikh Dharma in the West.
SOHAN KAUR
Co-founder and director of SunGalaa, the Educational Institute for Yoga and Good Life, Sohan Kaur is a respected Kundalini Yoga teacher and trainer for Level 1, Level 2, and the 21 Stages of Meditation.
As a Karam Kriya trainer, hypnotherapist, and counsellor, she supports people in reconnecting with the authentic guidance of the true Self within. Her work offers a powerful and healing reminder that what we seek outside already lives within us, waiting to unfold.
Karam Kriya, the applied science of numerology, forms the backbone of her consultations. She also draws on techniques inspired by Dr. Milton H. Erickson, Roy Hunter, and Dr. Bruce Eimer.
The Timeline technique and the catathymic image perception method of Dr. Hans Carl Leuner are used in her regression work, addressing the effects of past-life karma in the present and opening the way for greater self-empowerment in the future.
With Greek and Austrian roots, raised in Germany and living in Italy, Sohan Kaur brings people together with a strong spirit of unity and understanding that transcends cultural boundaries.
