Scottish-born and deeply authentic, Shiv Sharan Singh is the founding director of the International Karam Kriya School, established in 1996. Karam Kriya refers to “total action,” a path through which karma is brought to completion through spiritual consciousness guided by the intelligence of numbers. Through both the philosophy and practice of Karam Kriya, he supports students in their spiritual growth, helping them carry awareness into daily life and realize their fullest human potential.
In his early years, Shiv Sharan Singh experienced several near-fatal incidents, giving him a rare and intimate understanding of life and death. As a teenager, he underwent a full Kundalini rising, a profound spiritual awakening. From his mid-twenties onward, he studied Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma with Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa, the religious leader and founder of Sikh Dharma in the West.
