Description

Co-founder and director of SunGalaa, an educational institute for yoga and good life, she is a respected kundalini yoga teacher and trainer in Level 1, Level 2, and the 21 Stages of Meditation. As a Karam Kriya trainer, hypnotherapist, and counsellor, she supports people in reconnecting with the true Self within. Her approach offers a powerful healing experience and a reminder that everything we seek outside already lives inside, ready to unfold and blossom.

Karam Kriya, the applied science of numerology, serves as the backbone of her consultations. She also draws on methods inspired by Dr. Milton H. Erickson, Roy Hunter, and Dr. Bruce Eimer. In regression work, she applies the Timeline technique and catathymic image perception by Dr. Hans Carl Leuner to address the effects of karma from past lives and open the way to greater self-empowerment.

With a Greek father, Austrian mother, upbringing in Germany, and life in Italy, she brings people together with a spirit of unity and understanding that transcends cultural barriers.
