




A week shaped by movement and stillness, sunrise and sunset by the sea, nourishing home-cooked meals, fire-pit ceremonies, laughter, tears, and connections that may last long after the journey ends.
Arrive in the golden light of early summer in Greece and begin the season feeling renewed. This retreat blends dynamic yoga, meditation, pranayama, and self-inquiry with the easy rhythm of island life, creating space to reconnect with yourself in a setting filled with warmth and positive energy.
Each morning begins with meditation and yogic breathwork to cleanse and awaken body and spirit, followed by energizing Vinyasa Yoga sequences designed to build strength, improve alignment, and support the free flow of energy. In the evenings, softer restorative classes and yin yoga offer deep release, helping you feel refreshed, balanced, and restored.
Throughout the retreat, Hagar will guide you through practices that invite you deeper into the heart. Creative workshops, meditative sessions, and fluid movement explorations add richness to the experience, while the joyful atmosphere of summer on the island brings a sense of ease and inspiration.
Morning practice opens with meditation and breathwork that cleanse the body on both physical and energetic levels and gently wake up the inner self. From there, you move into dynamic Vinyasa Yoga sequences that strengthen, energize, and bring balance. Step by step, the work explores alignment and the way it supports energy flow and healing potential within the body.
In the afternoon, the practice deepens through workshops focused on asana and their effects on the muscular and endocrine systems, as well as on emotions and mental wellbeing through meditative work. On select days, soothing yin yoga will be part of the program, supporting deep tissue release and a more restorative state.
Yoga Nidra: A guided meditation often called psychic sleep, Yoga Nidra invites profound relaxation. As the sense of identification with the body softens, old blockages can be released and positive intentions planted deep within the subconscious.
Rebirthing Breathwork: A simple yet powerful breathwork practice designed to release emotional blockages, calm the nervous system, restore sensuality, and renew life-force energy.
Self Inquiry Meditation: A meditative practice drawing from Zen Buddhism and Western psychology, helping loosen attachment to the narrative self and reconnect with intrinsic nature.
Guided Intuitive Movement: A playful movement exploration where the body becomes a vessel for expression. Through imaginative guidance, you are led into an embodied journey that awakens curiosity and presence through sensation.
