




In this informal workshop, you’ll explore the main sources of stress in your life and how they may be affecting both your wellbeing and your day-to-day experience. Together, you will look at practical ways to respond more effectively, with strategies that can be adapted to your own needs and circumstances.
A range of factors influence how the mind and body handle pressure, including mindset, diet, movement, support systems, responsibilities, and lifestyle. By taking time to reflect on these areas, you can begin to understand what may be contributing to stress and discover simple approaches that support greater balance.
Useful handouts will be provided for you to keep, making it easy to revisit the information after the workshop. The final 20 minutes will be devoted to a guided deep relaxation practice through Yoga Nidra, offering a restorative close to the session.
Yoga Nidra is also available as a standalone class, practiced lying down for complete ease and comfort.
