Sound Bath
“Sound Bath,” also known as sound meditation, is a meditative experience in which participants are immersed in waves of sound from Tibetan singing bowls. This accessible yet deeply powerful practice guides the listener into profound relaxation across the body, mind, and spirit.
Before the sound bath begins, you will be led through a breathwork sequence, restorative yoga, or Yin Yoga to prepare both body and mind for the meditation.
Long-held postures give you time to slow down and be fully present. Yin Yoga emphasizes deep stretching, offering space to soften and open, release what has been held in the body and mind, and make room for fresh energy.
