
Yến discovered yoga in 2014, and as her practice became more consistent, it also became a deeper journey of self-awareness. Over time, yoga evolved into a way of life for her — a path that supports both physical and mental well-being.
In 2022, Yến completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training and Yoga Fly teacher training at OM Factory Hội An, and began teaching soon after.
Her classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance in both body and mind. Yến places strong emphasis on mindful movement and breath awareness in every session. She believes yoga is a practice that helps us understand ourselves more deeply, while also learning to love and accept who we are.
