Imagine stepping away into a peaceful, beautiful setting where you can experience the powerful depth of a safe water cleansing journey.
The SoLunar Immersion Yoga retreat was created to bring the two hemispheres into harmony, much like the Sun and the Moon. Its purpose is to support balance in life, just as yoga practice does through the balancing of cold and heat channels, and through the acceptance of both sides of our true nature — feminine and masculine — whatever form that may take. The calm surroundings of Pilion offer an especially fitting backdrop for this process.
Throughout the program, each participant will receive a wide range of tools for yoga, meditation, body movement, and handstands, alongside mystical chanting and breathwork vibrations. By combining different practices, the retreat creates space to explore how we can move with greater ease through different dimensions, and through life itself, both mentally and physically.
Another key intention of this program is to nurture a new community — a place that feels like home, where people offer the warmth, love, and understanding of those closest to us, and where a part of the Self can be met and made whole. We will be by your side throughout the experience, helping you make the most of every moment. Together, we will laugh, cry, move, learn, and stay fully present with awareness, conscious living, and acceptance, surrendering to all that the universe offers.
SoLunar is a union of solar and lunar energies. Through this union, we come to accept and learn “that which is not,” recognizing that what we think, see, live, perceive, and create is only a manifestation of the mind. The word Immersion brings these qualities together, embracing every energetic part the universe has given us.

After spending many years in the world of extreme sports, I began looking for something deeper than a physical practice alone — something that would allow growth to continue even when movement stopped. I have been immersed in music since an early age, exploring several instruments and a range of repertoires. About 20 years ago, I discovered the Japanese shakuhachi flute. Its sound captivated me immediately, and when I learned about the traditional solo repertoire once used exclusively by Rinzai Zen monks for meditation, I felt an instant connection. Since then, I have continued...
