After spending many years in the world of extreme sports, I began looking for something deeper than a physical practice alone β something that would allow growth to continue even when movement stopped. That search led me to yoga, after an old friend introduced me to both the practice and my first yoga teacher, Mr. Kostas.
He remains my true master, because he helped me understand that yoga is not just a discipline, but a way of life and a way of perception. His teaching was rooted in the therapeutic qualities of yoga. Having recovered from an injury that could have left him paralysed, he shaped every asana with mobility movement patterns and combined them with powerful breathwork. The power of breath is still something I see many people overlook, which is why it remains central in every class I teach.
After three intense years of practice and personal growth by his side, I felt ready to explore what my body was truly capable of. I tried many different yoga styles, but Hatha yoga was the practice that resonated most deeply with me. Around that time, I also began paying attention to something others had long sensed in me: a gift for bodywork and connection with people.
That was when Thai Massage entered my life and transformed everything β from my yoga practice to my daily routine. Since then, I have continued exploring the endless possibilities of Osteo Thai and developing my own personal style of oil body treatments.
As my journey continued, I was invited to become part of the Becoming Balance family, where I was able to go beyond the physical aspect alongside Daniel Rama and Shakti (Bird). The idea of the True Self began to make more sense to me, and practices such as pranayama and meditation became central to my path.
I also met circus artists such as Andrey Moraru as my interest in handstands grew, and I wanted to gather the right tools for this new inverted world. By bringing all these different influences into my life, I discovered how many points we have in common. My intention is to involve, transmit, share, explore, learn, and create space for new things to emerge.
