Step into a day of deeper practice held in noble silence, where extended zazen and the steady support of community can open new space for insight and possibility. This Zazenkai is a chance to strengthen your seasonal practice and join in keeping the wheel of Dharma turning.
Prerequisite: If you have not attended a retreat before, please join an Investigating Zen Practice workshop or one of our regular sitting programs first, so you can receive face-to-face Zen meditation instruction before registering. If you have questions, please reach out.
The suggested donation includes a vegetarian/vegan lunch. No one is turned away for lack of funds. These retreats often fill with waitlists, so if you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible so your place can be offered to someone else.
This retreat is held in silence.
