A week to slow down, reconnect, and make space for yourself in the beauty of Corfu. If you would like to learn more, you are welcome to get in touch for a no-obligation conversation to see whether this retreat feels right for you.
From 17 to 23 October 2027, Jess and Kitty invite you to join them in Corfu for a Signature Retreat held around one clear intention: to slow down and soften.
With a thoughtful blend of Flow and Yin Yoga, the week creates room to move, breathe, release tension, and settle into a gentler pace. Some sessions are designed to reconnect you with your energy, while others invite stillness, inner listening, and the freedom to soften without pressure or performance.
Stepping away from the usual rhythm of daily life gives you space to notice how you truly feel, and what shifts when you allow yourself to do less.
Alongside the practice, you can enjoy nourishing meals, time by the sea, quiet moments on your own, and easy connection with others in the group. This retreat is open to all levels of yoga experience, with no expectation to arrive in any particular state or to turn the week into a project.
Come exactly as you are, give yourself time to land, and discover what becomes possible when you slow down enough to soften.
The yoga offered here is gentle, supportive, and intended to deepen your relationship with the body and your inner essence. Morning classes are active yet soft, ranging from creative slow vinyasa to breath-led moving meditation rather than power yoga or gym-style training. Evening practices focus on rest and restoration through Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and sound journeys.
The teachings honour ancient yogic lineages while weaving traditional elements into the daily practice in a way that feels grounded and accessible.
Each retreat includes daily yoga classes and guided meditation. From dynamic Vinyasa and embodied movement to restorative Yin Yoga and moments of stillness, the practices are designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and return to yourself.
Whether you are relatively new to yoga or have been practicing for years, the classes are accessible, supportive, and open to all levels.
Beyond the mat, you are invited to explore the deeper dimensions of the practice. Throughout the retreat, there are workshops and talks on yoga philosophy, meditation, breathwork, and how to live yoga in everyday life.
The intention is not only to share knowledge, but to offer practical tools and insights that support clarity, self-understanding, and inner growth.
Experience the power of mantra and sacred sound in a shared kirtan practice. Chanting together creates a space to quiet the mind, open the heart, and deepen presence and connection.
No prior experience is needed. Whether you sing or simply listen, mantra offers a simple and meaningful way to connect with yourself and with others.
The heart of the teaching at ineayoga is rooted in Non-Dual Tantra Yoga. In simple terms, this means yoga is not viewed as an escape from life, but as a way to fully meet it.
Rather than striving to become someone else or reach perfection, Tantra invites awareness, compassion, and acceptance. Through movement, breath, meditation, mantra, and self-inquiry, you are supported in reconnecting with the wholeness that is already present.
The approach is informed by the traditional lineages of Trika, Krama, and Sri Vidyā, while remaining relevant to modern life.
There is also time to experience Corfu beyond the retreat center. Join a guided walk through olive groves to the traditional village of Agyrades and get a glimpse of authentic island life away from the tourist crowds.
An optional boat trip along Corfu’s west coast is also available, with stops for swimming, relaxing on beautiful beaches, and enjoying the clear waters of the Ionian Sea.
In the flow of the retreat, a massage offers a moment to pause and simply receive. Jenny creates a nurturing space where body and mind can soften, helping you release tension and settle more deeply into relaxation.
Once you arrive on site, you will have the opportunity to book a massage with Jenny.
One of the joys of staying on Corfu is the island itself. During your free time, you may explore the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Corfu, linger in local cafés, discover secluded beaches, or drive through olive-covered hills and traditional villages.
You may also choose to visit the nearby islands of Paxos and Antipaxos, known for their crystal-clear waters, dramatic coastline, and laid-back charm.
Meals are freshly homemade and delicious, with vegetarian and vegan dishes served throughout the retreat. Breakfast includes Greek specialties, fresh fruit salad, and porridge bowls. In the evening, dinner features traditional Greek and international food made with wholesome ingredients, with most dishes sourced from local farming.
The retreat center is located about 32 km from Corfu International Airport (CFU), which is roughly a 1-hour taxi or transfer ride.
You can arrive by plane or ferry. The nearest airport is Corfu International Airport, and taxi pick-up can be arranged in advance. A local taxi is also possible, with fares generally not exceeding 60 Euros one way. You can also reach the center by bus on the Greenline B5 Agios Georgios South, which stops in front of the property. If needed, ask the driver for Kafesas, the well-known taverna next to the yoga school.
