About Sadhaka
At Sadhaka, people meditate, learn how to meditate, and discover how to bring meditation into daily life. The Sanskrit word sadhaka means “a seeker of spirit, one who longs for self-realization.”
Sadhaka works in cooperation with the Ojas Meditation Center.
The activity center is led by Ma Shantam Megha.
She shares: “I discovered meditation at the Ojas Meditation Center in 1997, and since then I have actively participated in meditation courses led by meditation master Prembuda.
To Kaunas, I invite meditation masters, teachers, and facilitators to share their experience of spiritual growth. About once a month, they lead meditation lectures, evening gatherings, workshops, and courses here.
I have been meditating since 1997. In 2000, I completed the four-year Meditation School at the Ojas Meditation Center, and later the Meditation Academy. I also led a preschool program called ‘Self-Discovery Before School’ as well as meditation cycles such as ‘Sufi Whirling,’ ‘Mandala,’ laughter meditation, and more.
I expected a lot from meditation, but what happened was even deeper and greater than I could have imagined. I simply began to enjoy life and share it with those around me. I truly love it!”
For those who would like to explore meditation more deeply and broadly, learn how to meditate, and understand how to apply it in everyday life, we recommend contacting the Ojas Meditation Center.
