The retreat blends daily yoga and restorative practices, manifestation workshops, nervous-system regulation, guided inner work, journaling, and spacious time simply to be. The experience is subtle, embodied, and deeply grounding.

Led by Vicky Tomsky, who brings more than twenty years of experience in Ayurveda, Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Hypnotherapy, this retreat reflects both professional depth and lived experience. As a mother of three, Vicky teaches with an understanding of devotion, fatigue, presence, and the need for genuine rest — not spiritual bypassing.

Set at Samahita Retreat on Koh Samui, surrounded by nature, clean nourishing food, and simplicity, the environment itself supports regulation and clarity. Nothing is added unnecessarily. Everything is intentional.
