Vicky Tomsky

Vicky Tomsky is a hypnotherapist, yoga teacher, restorative yoga enthusiast, and Ayurvedic therapist whose work is guided by a deep love of life and a sincere desire to help others reconnect with themselves. Her path began in Toronto, Canada, in her late twenties, when her first yoga class opened her heart and sparked a lifelong journey of transformation. From that moment on, her life took her in unexpected and beautiful directions, including opening her own yoga studio, teaching while traveling around the world, and meeting inspiring people along the way.

Through her teaching and healing approach, Vicky creates space for growth, self-discovery, and connection. Her presence reflects warmth, experience, and a genuine appreciation for the global community she has helped build.
