October invites us to turn inward. As the season shifts and the threshold between worlds feels a little thinner, this practice offers a moment to tend to what is hidden beneath the surface—within the body, the family line, and the inner landscape. Moving between Libra’s air and Scorpio’s water, the evening holds both equilibrium and depth, structure and surrender.
Led by Andrea Clark, this two-hour restorative class is designed to support the lower back and reproductive area through gentle, floor-based postures, breathwork, and subtle somatic guidance. The practice also includes yoga nidra, a deeply restful and imaginal journey that opens space to connect with ancestral memory, intuition, and the wisdom held below the surface.
This is an invitation to rest, remember, and receive.
Bring comfortable, cozy layers, including warm socks, along with a journal and pen. You’re also welcome to bring a small item for a shared altar, such as a photo, a natural object, or an ancestral token.
