A gentle pause from the pace of daily life, this retreat offers a meaningful reset before the New Year begins. Taking place November 9–14 in Nosara, Costa Rica, it is designed to support a deeper connection with yourself through intentional practices and self-inquiry.
Each day will be anchored by guided yoga asana, creative movement exploration, pranayama, and meditation, creating space to slow down, breathe, and return to what matters most. Alongside the structured practices, there will also be time to relax, enjoy the local culture, have fun, and simply be present without pressure or agenda.
Created for those seeking both movement and stillness, the retreat invites you to step away from routine and into a more spacious, restorative experience in a beautiful setting.

THE BUNK ROOM
Planning a solo surf mission? Our bunk room is where it's at! The bunk room sleeps a total of 8 people and honestly we think this is the funnest room at The Nomadic. If your into meeting new adventure seeking buds this is the spot for you.
THE QUEEN ROOM
The Queen Room is as spacious and cozy as it gets. Not quite as big as a king, but perfect for 1 or 2 people who want to keep things close.
The Nest Suite
The Nest is your private villa-style sanctuary. An apartment-style suite complete with a living area, kitchen, and balcony. Elevated yet cozy, it’s the perfect space to retreat when you want both privacy and comfort. With room to lounge, restore, and take in the slower rhythms of Nosara, the Nest offers a luxurious balance of retreat connection and personal space.
King Sized Room
A king room with a private en-suite bathroom, offering space to truly unwind. Whether traveling solo or alongside someone special, this option creates a grounding and restorative stay.
Queen Sized Room
A spacious queen room with a comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. Ideal for a solo traveler seeking privacy or for sharing with your partner or bestie. Designed for deep rest between practices and adventures.
Dual Queen Shared Room
The perfect room for you & your bestie, or be thoughtfully paired with another retreat guest. This room features two queen beds and a private en-suite bathroom. A beautiful balance of connection and comfort, offering a restful space to recharge.
The Bunkhouse Suite
An elevated experience designed for connection & comfort. the boutique bunkhouse with 4 XL twin bunk beds in a beautifully curated space that blends community living with modern comforts. This is the perfect option if you’re looking for an accessible way to join the retreat while still enjoying style, ease, & connection.
