Explore the benefits of Universal Life Force Energy through a Reiki session, or learn a practice you can use to support healing for yourself and others.

Reiki encourages healing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. This gentle hands-on technique is deeply relaxing and helps create a greater sense of wellbeing and ease.

In a Reiki session, the practitioner serves as a channel for Universal Energy, guiding it toward the areas of the body that need support most. Reiki also helps balance the chakras and clear energy within the body.

Learning Reiki is a meaningful gift to yourself, offering a lifelong tool for self-healing and for supporting others. Through attunement to Universal Energy and simple hand positions placed at specific areas of the body, the practice becomes accessible and practical.

Simona has been practicing and teaching Reiki for over 20 years.

Reiki sessions may be booked individually or as a package to experience the many benefits of the practice.

Courses take place on weekends, individually or in groups, depending on availability.

Reiki I course dates:
17th-18th-19th October
17th October: 3-6pm
18th October: 9am-12pm
19th October: 9am-4pm

Weekly meeting for 3 following weeks onsite and online
