Reiki Event

Step into an evening of deep relaxation and renewal with Michael Janssen, 500-hour RYT and Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. This Reiki event offers an inviting introduction to the energetic body and the power of vibrational healing, creating a space to unwind, reset, and reconnect.

During this 75-minute restorative yoga sequence, Michaela will weave together Reiki touch and crystals while guiding you through gentle, supportive poses designed to encourage rest and release. You will also experience the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, allowing the sounds and vibrations to deepen your sense of calm throughout the session.

To enrich the experience further, each pose is paired with a specific essential oil, and you will also be invited to draw an oracle card for added reflection and insight. This thoughtfully curated experience blends yoga, Reiki, sound healing, and mindfulness into one restorative evening.
