Psychedelic breathing

Description
The Psychedelic Breathing Technique helps you to experience yourself deeply in a very short time. This breathing technique has an impact on physical and emotional health, helps to "put in place" lost thoughts, find inner answers to various questions, can help to reduce anxiety, depression, insomnia, and get rid of excess emotions. This type of breathing is often followed by a feeling of "winding down", as not only the body is cleansed, but also the mind.
What will we do during the practice?
We will start with an introductory meditation with a calming pranayama in order to bring us more quickly into the "I am now" moment. We will then dive into a session of psychedelic breathing to specially selected music, the rhythm of which will become your main guide. At the end of the session, I will invite you to completely relax into the sounds of musical instruments and deep meditation.
