I firmly believe that each one of us has a complete set of tools inside us to help ourselves feel the way we want to feel. Since discovering breathing as one of the main tools to change my state four years ago, I am constantly exploring the application of different breathing techniques in my daily life. I lead workshops and personal sessions. I also organise psychedelic breathing evenings, where I invite people to go deep into their inner processes and release the tension they have accumulated. In all breathing practices, I lead meditations of my own design to help you relax fully and quickly.

I believe that through breathing practice you can dramatically improve the quality of your life by getting rid of anxiety, insomnia, physical and emotional pain and become a much happier person.
