Private Yoga

Private yoga sessions are available in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta, Juno Beach, and West Palm Beach, with personalized experiences for individuals, couples, families, and special events. Sofia works closely with each client to design a bespoke yoga practice that reflects your needs, goals, and intentions.

Whether you are new to yoga or already have an established practice, these sessions are created to support you at every stage. The focus is on helping you deepen your practice, build confidence, and connect with a greater sense of inner calm.

Private yoga can be arranged for individuals, families, and groups, offering a flexible way to enjoy personalized movement and mindfulness. Family sessions encourage connection, while private group yoga brings a tailored wellness experience to celebrations and gatherings.

For special occasions, including bachelorette parties, a private yoga session offers a refreshing and memorable way to celebrate with intention. Each experience is designed to feel both uplifting and meaningful.

Deep relaxation, chakra alignment, and nervous system reset can be incorporated according to your preferences. A sound healing session is also available as an add-on to your yoga session or as a standalone offering.

Yoga for fundraisers is also available, allowing each session to support a positive cause. In addition, yoga retreats in Greece offer a transformative journey of self-discovery, set against beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere.

Sessions can take place at your preferred location, with service available in Jupiter, Tequesta, West Palm Beach, Juno Beach, Hobe Sound, and Palm Beach, FL. Sofia customizes every class to suit your goals and experience level, creating a supportive and enriching wellness experience wherever you choose to practice.

At Palm Beach-Jupiter Private Yoga, Sofia brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to every session, helping you discover greater serenity, connection, and growth through yoga and meditation.
