Depending on each practitioner’s capacity and level of involvement, the course may introduce foundational non-retention techniques, basic retention practices, or more advanced pranayama methods. This creates a supportive space for steady progress, whether you are beginning your journey or refining an existing practice.
With a balance of discipline and accessibility, the session encourages mindful breathing, concentration, and a more attentive relationship with the body and mind.
