One Day Retreat

How does a full day of yoga, meditation, and pampering sound? This day retreat package includes 2 yoga and meditation classes, a Reiki session, and an ear candle treatment.

At Marina Yoga Thailand, this one day retreat also comes with free transfer to and from your hotel in Ao Nang.

Begin with a gentle yoga and meditation class designed to leave you feeling calm and deeply relaxed before moving into your Reiki treatment. A typical Reiki session lasts about 60 minutes. Using non-invasive methods such as light touch, intention, and concentration, a certified Reiki practitioner helps guide energy flow through the body. Hand positions may also be held around the body for two to five minutes at a time to ensure every area is attended to during the session.

Ear candling has been practiced by ancient cultures across many traditions. While it may help draw out impurities and ease pressure in the head and sinuses, its original purpose was to balance the body’s energies and cleanse the spirit. Today, ear candles are typically made with beeswax, honey, and therapeutic herbs and oils.
