Each day includes a refreshing two-hour guided hike as part of this yoga and walking retreat. Explore ancient hillsides with wide-open views across Snowdonia, breathe in the fresh winter air, and revive your senses in the great outdoors. If you are feeling adventurous, you may even take a dip in the woodland pond. It is a lively and uplifting way to experience Wales in winter.

Friday: Arrivals 5pm, cake and juice, evening yoga followed by welcome dinner.
Saturday/Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided hike, lunch, massages, cake and juice, evening yoga and dinner.
Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided hike, lunch, departures 4pm.
