

Held each month from Thursday to Sunday, this structured, retreat-style practice cycle offers a steady rhythm for deepening your yoga journey. Each Sādhana begins with morning pranayama and continues into a progressive two-hour asana session designed to cultivate steadiness, alignment, and greater depth in practice.
The schedule unfolds with Thursday and Friday online sessions from 7.15–7.45am for pranayama, followed by 8.00–10.00am asana practice. On Saturday, the format becomes hybrid, allowing participants to join either in person or online, with pranayama from 8.15–8.45am and an asana practice in the morning. Sunday continues online with the same 8.15–8.45am pranayama session and a morning asana practice.
Each four-day sequence is carefully designed to move from grounding work into more expansive postures, before closing with quiet, restorative practice. Open to all levels with experience in Iyengar Yoga, participants may join for a single day or attend the full course. Recordings are included and available to use until the following month.
