Your home for the week is Samahita Retreat on the southern coast of Koh Samui. Here, you’ll gather to breathe, move, chant, and come back again and again to the heart.
Retreat: Enjoy 8 days and 7 nights on the beautiful island of Koh Samui. Each day includes 2 yoga practices, workshops, and plenty of time for rest, relaxation, spa treatments, or exploration.
Teachers: Two wonderful registered senior teachers, Miriam and Jane Toohey from Haven Yoga & Meditation.
Accommodations: Choose from Garden Loft, Garden Private, or Beach Rooms.
Sustenance: Two meals per day are included: brunch and dinner. Samahita’s food philosophy is rooted in Ayurveda and a commitment to genuine nourishment — meals that are both delicious and deeply supportive of energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing.
Travel: International travel includes flying into Bangkok and then onward to Koh Samui, with some flights available direct.
Activities: You may choose to unwind and enjoy the resort, or join excursions to local temples, markets, and more.
Non-inclusives: International and domestic flights to Thailand and Koh Samui, travel insurance, on-site spa and massage services, room service/minibar, room upgrades, and outings.
Optional extra: AUD$100 round trip airport transfer.

7:30am – 9:30am A different style of yoga and meditation class each day. The resort observes quiet time before 10am.
10:00am – 1:30pm Brunch Buffet
11:00am – 4:00pm Organized activity (such as a visit to Buddha’s Foot), philosophy discussion, or free time to relax in your room or by the pool; mindful walks and the possibility of massage.
4:30pm – 6:00pm Yin or Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra to renew and restore
6.00pm - 8.00pm Dinner Buffet
8:00pm onwards Conversation or quiet time, with meditation practice offered on two evenings.
