
Jane Toohey is a Level 3 senior yoga teacher certified by Yoga Australia, bringing more than 25 years of teaching experience to her classes and retreats. Her approach is inclusive and adaptable, with sessions designed to support practitioners of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced students.
Jane teaches a broad range of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Kundalini, and Restorative yoga, creating a varied and balanced experience throughout the week. She also weaves in sound healing and guided meditation, offering a deeply nurturing atmosphere that supports both body and mind.
