Based in her own yoga studio in the Glass House Mountains, Miriam also teaches online and shares her work through an active YouTube channel. She combines physical asana practice with inspiring, non-dogmatic philosophy, inviting students into a more conscious experience of presence, wisdom, and heart-centered awareness.
