




These introductory courses, held in the studio, are designed so that everyone can find a comfortable way to begin in the air — from a calmer, more supportive entry to a bolder sense of movement and flight. Safety, encouragement, and the freedom to explore aerial yoga at your own pace are at the heart of every course.

Through different asanas, flow sequences, and mindful presence in the air, participants are invited to experience the qualities of each element: grounding, the flow of sensation, inner strength, and lightness.

This 4-Saturday course is designed for those who feel shy, fear heights, or lack confidence in what their body can do. It is also suitable for anyone who has not exercised for a long time or wants to begin gently, with support.
Through slow, supportive flow sequences and different asanas, participants are invited to connect with the 🌳 Earth element — grounding, support, stability, and self-trust.
During practice, a sense of strength is developed, along with calmness in the air and the ability to lean into the body and the support of the hammock. The course encourages you to pause, listen inwardly, and move without rushing, at your own pace.
Program:
Experience: safe practice, calm in the air, body awareness, emotional trust. Emi, a gentle therapeutic golden Labrador retriever, joins the sessions.
Flow, sensory awareness, and inner calm.
This 4-session course is for those who want to feel their body, emotions, and inner flow more deeply in the air. Through slow movement and supportive sequences, participants are invited to explore the 💧 Water element.
Water helps the body move naturally, recognize sensations, welcome emotions, and restore connection with the self. The practice supports flexibility, listening to the body’s signals, and relaxation.
It is suitable for anyone who wants to gently return to bodily sensation and move without pressure.

Breath, freedom of movement, and spaciousness in the air.
This 4-session course is intended for those who already have a foundation in the air and want more space, lightness, and freedom in movement. Through freer flow sequences and asanas, participants are invited to experience the 💨 Air element.
The Air element supports letting go of control, deepening the breath, and feeling movement as flight. During practice, lightness in the body, spaciousness, and the ability to be in the air without tension are strengthened.
Suitable for anyone who wants more freedom of movement and a sense of flight in the air.

Experience: lightness in the body, freedom of movement, deeper breathing, spaciousness, effortless expansion, and the joy of moving. Emi joins the sessions.
Body strength, coordination, and self-confidence.
This 4-session course is for those who want to try aerial yoga, explore their body with confidence, and safely learn inversions and mini tricks in the air. Here, participants are invited to connect with the 🔥 Fire element.
Fire activates physical strength, coordination, motivation, and inner drive. The practice builds the body, the courage to try new movements, and trust in your abilities in the air.
The course is suitable for those who want to safely go beyond their limits and experience the “I can” state.
