This daylong offers a gentle introduction to the foundations of mindfulness meditation, with guided practice in awareness of the breath, body, emotions, thoughts, walking, and eating. The program includes both sitting and walking meditation, along with time for discussion, creating a supportive space to explore the basics at a steady, accessible pace.
It is well suited for complete beginners, as well as for anyone wishing to refresh and deepen their understanding of core practice. Participants are asked to bring lunch.
