Intermediate Series: Connecting Asana & Philosophy

September and October 2024 dates are still to be confirmed.

This workshop is created for practitioners who are ready to deepen their understanding of how asana and yoga philosophy complement one another. While the full schedule has not yet been announced, the experience is expected to offer a meaningful blend of physical practice and reflective inquiry.

Designed for those moving beyond the basics, the session invites participants to explore the principles that support practice from the inside out. It offers a supportive space to connect movement, awareness, and philosophy in a way that feels both grounded and inspiring.
