Rewild Wellness and Bodywork with Ashley King
Description
Rewild Wellness and Bodywork with Ashley King offers a calm, welcoming setting in Crested Butte, Colorado, where clients can slow down and receive attentive, personalized care. Situated at 318 Elk Ave Unit 25, the space is designed to support relaxation, reconnection, and a more mindful approach to bodywork.
The practice is recognized for its neuro-muscular massage sessions and for the time Ashley takes to understand each person’s individual needs. Visitor feedback suggests the work may be especially beneficial for jaw tension, TMJ concerns, chronic injury recovery, and general stress relief. Ashley also shares restorative yoga practices that clients can continue at home, extending the support beyond the session itself.
Guests can look forward to a grounded one-on-one experience with flexible hours later in the week. The studio is closed on Mondays and open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with longer hours Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
